The whole process was managed exceptionally by the team. They were receptive to discussing options for the installation to minimise the visual signature and seek to ensure that the finished installation was as well integrated as was possible, which was much appreciated. All in all an excellent experience with the team, and the company completed the installation in a timely fashion which was refreshing.
Tom and his team turned up exactly when they said and got right to work. Tom kept me informed the entire time they were here from the initial discussion on routing and placement to the final commission. Tom explained how they had set the system up so I could get the best out of it and spent time going through all the various settings so I was sure what I was doing. We had some issues with the software, (Sunsynk issue, not the installers fault), that needed lots of research and Tom spent ages talking to the manufacturer before finally fixing it himself. I got some good advice about further purchases of car chargers and Tom invited me to get in touch about any issues. I've had terrible experiences with electricians in the past and these guys have shown the exact opposite. A brilliant, honest and hard working company I feel I can completely trust.
The Bambridge Renewables team did a fabulous job fitting a 16kWh battery for us. They were really fast and responsive and the workmanship is really tidy. Its going to be great for helping us with lower bills over the winter. No PV yet, but we have the option to add it in the future if we need to as we've been given a hybrid inverter.
